Our website must not be used in any way that causes, or may cause harm to its functionality or for any fraudulent or harmful purposes.
You must not copy, store or distribute any part of our website.
Premium Rate Line Services
To use this service you must be the bill payer or have the bill payers permission and must be over 18 years of age.
Premium Rate Line calls are charged at £1.55 per minute and are automatically cut off when you reach the maximum spend limit set by the regulators.
These calls are recorded.
Credit Card Services
The charge per package are displayed on our website. You will have the option to extend the reading at the end of your purchased package. If you extend the reading you will be charged £1.70 per minute.
These calls are recorded.
Incoming calls to reception are also recorded.
Refunds
We hope you enjoy reading, however there are occasions when you may fail to connect with your chosen reader. If this is the case, disconnect the call within the first 5 minutes and call reception on 01623 625745. If the reading has lasted less than 5 minutes in duration then will offer a full refund or alternatively reset your minutes.
To receive a refund or reset of minutes then the following must be adhered to:
- The call lasted less than 5 minutes in duration
- You have a satisfactory and valid reason
- You may only request a reset of minutes once per transaction
- You give permission for the call to be listened in to
If your reading has lasted more than 5 minutes in duration then the remaining minutes can be used with another reader at any time.
General
All of our readers are hand picked and required a minimum of two test readings to see if they are suitable for our services. All readers are self-employed, sub-contractors and we do not have any control over the content of your discussion. We therefore cannot accept any liability for the accuracy of content, spoken or implied.
All readings are for entertainment purposes only.
We wish to make it clear that no part of a reading can be construed as professional advice. Readers are not qualified medical professional, lawyers, counsellors or financial experts. Whilst personal opinion may be included during a reading this should not be considered professional advice. You must always seek the correct professional body for guidance and we are not liable for any damages suffered due to reliance on information provided by a reader.
