Getting yourself out into nature would do you the world of good. If you are absolutely dead set on a bit of adventure then take yourself off on a mini adventure but do make sure you cut yourself off from work and people that take your time for granted.

Instead, take yourself away from any conflict and think twice before you speak. Money matters will improve and you will feel there is more to go around. Don’t stop budgeting though and keep vigilance around your spending.

If you are feeling run down, listen to your body. Ensure you are getting enough rest and eat well. Some people just cannot and will not be controlled, allow them to make their own decisions but have their back when things ultimately go wrong.
