A colleague who has outdated views will be brought to task. Think about removing yourself from a circle that no longer serves you and your beliefs.

Whilst your feelings may have been hurt in the heat of an argument, truly forgive when an apology is made as it is from the heart.

If you’re looking at your future career, take the steps needed now to help you climb the ladder to your chosen goal. Nothing is out of reach without grit, hard work and determination and you’ve got all three in abundance. A family member will share some exciting (for them!) news which may leave you reeling but ultimately you will be happy for them.

Once you realise there is lots of interest, do your research and don’t be afraid to charge exactly what it is worth! A family member is needing help with day to day tasks but won’t admit it – it’s time to have a difficult conversation I’m afraid.
